The Liangda Specialized in Screwed Flexible Rubber Pipe Connection is a twin sphere design with BSPT female threads, the supply range is from 12mm to 80mm, and design pressure can be withstand 1.0MPa/1.6MPa/2.5MPa working pressure. Compared to flange connected Rubber Joint, the threaded rubber joints are less weight and easier to install, special designed for threaded piping system. Meanwhile, the twin sphere designs are more flexible and allow greater movement.

1. Pressure/Vacuum rating is based on neutral installed length(F/F).
2. Pressure rating is based on 30°C operating temperature. The pressure rating is reduced at higher temperatures.
3. Weights in the above table are joints with BSPT Malleadble Cast Iron threaded connections.
4. Movements shown in the above table are non-concurrent.
5. Rated pressure in the above table is the maximum "working pressure". Test pressure is 1.5 times "working pressure", Burst pressure is 4 times " work pressure"
